To ensure a safe and reliable carsharing experience, we require all applicants to submit their driving and insurance history for review.

We review your ICBC records to confirm you have a safe driving history. Here’s what we check:
● No scores above 1.000.
● No restrictions.
● No contraventions.
● No license suspensions or prohibitions.
● Must confirm permanent residency in British Columbia.
● No at-fault claims (more than 25% liable).
● Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We conduct a review of applicants’ social media profiles and an online search to ensure they align with our values.
Applicants must share at least one social media account, such as: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or Facebook.
● No promotion of violence, hate, racism, sexism, homophobia, bullying, or other harmful content.
Your shared profiles will be visible only to other approved members, helping build trust and connection within the community.
Membership is subject to Mutual’s Terms of Membership. Sign up or reach out to Member Support to access.
Trial Membership ends when:
Mutual reserves the right to extend or terminate Trial Membership at its discretion.
